Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the Egg Mixture
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- 2
Cook the Omelet
In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, pour in the egg mixture and let it cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes or until the edges start to set.
- 3
Add Filling
Once the edges are set, gently lift the edges of the omelet with a spatula, allowing uncooked egg to flow underneath. After 1 minute, sprinkle the crab meat, diced tomatoes, and Crabby Cheddar on one half of the omelet.
- 4
Fold and Finish
Carefully fold the other half of the omelet over the filling. Allow it to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the omelet is cooked through.
- 5
Serve
Slide the omelet onto a plate, sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning, and serve immediately.
