Prepare the Pork Chops
Season the pork chops with salt, black pepper, and Cajun seasoning on both sides.

Sear the Chops
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned pork chops and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chops from the skillet and set aside.

Add Broth and Thyme
Pour in the chicken broth and add the fresh thyme. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Return the pork chops to the skillet, cover, and let them simmer for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and tender.
