Deviled Dopper Ingredients

Method

Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Boiling the Eggs

Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, cover the saucepan, remove from heat, and let sit for 12 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cooling the Eggs

After 12 minutes, transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water and let them cool for at least 5 minutes before peeling.

  3. 3

    Preparing the Filling

Once peeled, slice each egg in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, paprika, salt, black pepper, chopped chives, and sriracha sauce to the yolks. Mash and mix until smooth.

  4. 4

    Filling the Egg Whites

Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top for added texture.

  5. 5

    Garnishing

Garnish with additional chives and a sprinkle of paprika for presentation.

  6. 6

    Serving

Serve chilled or at room temperature as a delightful starter.
