Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Cranberries
In a small saucepan, add the fresh cranberries and a tablespoon of water. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst and become soft, about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 2
Mix the Sausage
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, maple syrup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, sage, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- 3
Incorporate the Cranberries
Allow the cooked cranberries to cool slightly before adding them to the turkey mixture. Fold the cranberries into the sausage mixture gently, ensuring not to break them apart too much.
- 4
Shape the Sausages
Using your hands, shape the mixture into patties or links, depending on your preference. You should yield about 8 patties.

Serve
Remove the cooked sausages from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
