Prepare the Grapefruit
Preheat the broiler in your oven. Cut each grapefruit in half horizontally and use a spoon to gently scoop out a small amount of the flesh to create a small well in each half.

Add Toppings
In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Drizzle honey over the grapefruit halves, then sprinkle the sugar mixture evenly on top.

Broil the Grapefruit
Place the grapefruit halves on a baking sheet and broil them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the sugar is caramelized and bubbly.

Remove from oven and let cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
