Shape the Patties
Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.

Assemble the Burgers
Place the cooked patties on burger buns. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, and cheddar cheese.

Prepare the Mint Sauce
In a bowl, finely chop the fresh mint leaves. Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Prepare the Potatoes
Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips to make fries.

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 180°C (350°F).

Fry the Potatoes
Carefully add the potato strips to the hot oil in batches, and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per batch.

Drain and Season
Remove the fries from the oil and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
