    Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients: white rum, pineapple juice, strawberry puree, simple syrup, fresh strawberries, and mint leaves.

  2. 2

Make the Strawberry Puree (if not store-bought)

Blend fresh strawberries until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds, if desired.

  3. 3

    Chill the Glass

Place a cocktail glass in the freezer for a few minutes to chill while preparing the drink.

Mixing

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add the white rum, pineapple juice, strawberry puree, and simple syrup.

  2. 5

    Shake the Mixture

Fill the shaker with ice, then shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well combined and chilled.

Serving

  1. 6

    Strain and Serve

Remove the cocktail glass from the freezer. Strain the mixture from the shaker into the chilled glass.

  2. 7

    Garnish

Garnish the drink with a fresh strawberry and mint leaves for an aromatic touch.

  3. 8

    Enjoy

Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Mai Tai!
