Preparing the Ribs

1

Season the Ribs

Rub the short beef ribs with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Make sure the ribs are evenly coated.

2

Sear the Ribs

In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the seasoned ribs for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.

3

Cook the Ribs

Transfer the seared ribs to a baking dish. Pour the beef broth over them and cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for about 2.5 hours or until tender.

Bake the Potato Wedges

Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake in the oven at 220°C (430°F) for about 30-35 minutes or until golden and crispy.

5

Roast the Garlic

Slice the top off the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes alongside the potato wedges.

6

Cook the Green Beans

Blanch green beans in boiling water for 3-5 minutes until tender. Drain and serve topped with crispy onions.
