Preparation
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Brussels Sprouts
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Slice each Brussels sprout in half lengthwise.
Cooking
Toss with Dressing
In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the sprouts are well coated.
Roast Brussels Sprouts
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet, cut side down. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.
Add Parmesan
Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt and become slightly crispy.
Serving
Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze
Once out of the oven, drizzle the Brussels sprouts with balsamic glaze to taste. Serve immediately.
