Appetizers Preparation

    Boil edamame in salted water for 5 minutes, drain, and serve warm.

    Combine seaweed, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a bowl and toss well.

    Serve pickled radish on a platter as a refreshing side.

Seafood Preparation

    Slice the sashimi grade tuna and salmon into thin pieces and arrange on a plate with octopus slices.

    Dissolve miso paste in hot water and add tofu and seaweed. Simmer for 5 minutes.
