Brussel Sprout Chips

Method

Preparation and Cooking

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Brussel Sprouts

Wash and trim the ends of the Brussel sprouts. Slice them in half lengthwise.

  3. 3

    Season the Sprouts

In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussel sprouts with olive oil, togarashi seasoning, and lemon pepper salt until they are evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Spread the seasoned Brussel sprouts out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. 5

    Bake the Chips

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, flipping them halfway through.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chips before serving for an extra burst of flavor.
