Beef Curry

Heat Oil
In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.

Brown Beef
Add the beef pieces. Brown the beef on all sides.

Add Liquids
Pour in the coconut milk and beef broth. Bring to a boil.

Simmer
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 1 hour, or until beef is tender.

Season
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Crispy Gyoza

Prepare Filling
In a bowl, combine ground meat, chopped cabbage, green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper.

Fill Wrappers
Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each gyoza wrapper.

Seal Gyoza
Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold and pinch to seal.

Fry Gyoza
In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add gyoza and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.

Steam Gyoza
Add water to the skillet, cover, and steam for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
Steamed Rice

Rinse Rice
Rinse jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

Cook Rice
In a pot, combine rinsed rice and water. Bring to a boil.

Simmer Rice
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until water is absorbed.

Rest Rice
Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for another 5 minutes.
Salad

Prepare Salad
In a bowl, combine mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.

Dress Salad
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve Salad
Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
