Fish Selection
Accompaniments
Method
Preparation of Fish
- 1
Select Fresh Fish
Choose the freshest fish available from your local seafood market. Look for fish that has a bright color and a clean scent.
- 2
Slice the Fish
Using a sharp knife, slice the tuna, salmon, yellowtail, and mackerel into thin, even slices, about 0.5 cm thick. For the octopus, slice into thin, bite-sized pieces.
- 3
Arrange the Fish
On a chilled plate, artistically arrange the sliced fish. You can create a fan shape or a neat row, ensuring the colors contrast beautifully.
Serving
- 4

Serve immediately while the fish is fresh, along with the accompaniments for dipping.
