For Teriyaki Salmon

Prepare Marinade
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger until the sugar is dissolved.

Marinate Salmon
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat Grill or Oven
Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat (about 375°F or 190°C).

Cook Salmon
Remove salmon from the marinade, reserving the marinade. Grill or bake the salmon for about 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through.

Glaze with Marinade
During the last few minutes of cooking, brush the reserved marinade over the salmon for added flavor.

Sprinkle chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.

Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.

Sprinkle sea salt evenly over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well coated.

Drizzle sake and lemon juice over the salted salmon and let it sit for about 15-20 minutes.
