Mix the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice. Make sure to blend on high for about 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and frothy.

Once blended, carefully pour the cocktail mixture over the ice in the prepared glass.

Garnish the drink with a pineapple wedge on the rim, add a maraschino cherry on top, and sprinkle shredded coconut over the drink for an extra tropical touch.
