Sprinkle the grated Romano cheese over the chopped romaine lettuce. Add the croutons to the salad bowl, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
Make Caesar Dressing

Peel and mince the garlic cloves. If using whole anchovy fillets, chop them finely.

In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped anchovy fillets, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Whisk these ingredients together until well combined.
