Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Coat the salmon fillets with this mixture and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F or 190-200°C).

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the salmon is cooked through and has nice grill marks.

Cooking the Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and trim the asparagus. Cut the bell peppers into strips and slice the zucchini into rounds.

  2. 5

    Grill the Vegetables

Add the vegetables to the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.

Making the Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 6

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.

  2. 7

    Add Garlic and Lemon Juice

Once melted, add minced garlic and lemon juice to the butter. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  3. 8

    Finish with Parsley

Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley. Set aside until ready to serve.

Serving

  1. 9

    Plate the Dish

On a plate, serve the grilled salmon with the seasonal vegetables and drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the top.
