In a bowl, combine salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Rub the mixture over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Bread the Chicken
Dip each seasoned chicken breast first into the milk and egg mixture, then into the flour, coating thoroughly.

Fry the Chicken
In the same skillet used for bacon, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, fry the breaded chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Mix the Ingredients
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, pimentos, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until well combined and smooth.

Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Slice the tomato into thick rounds.

Spread a generous amount of pimento cheese on the bottom half of each hamburger bun. Place a piece of fried chicken on top, followed by bacon, lettuce, and tomato slices. Top with the other half of the bun.
