Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter and semi-sweet chocolate over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from the heat and let it cool slightly.

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, large eggs, and large egg yolks until well combined. Add the melted chocolate mixture and mix until smooth.

Gently fold in the all-purpose flour and vanilla extract until just combined. Be careful not to overmix the batter.
Baking

Fill Ramekins
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins, filling each about 3/4 full.

Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for 1 minute. Carefully run a knife around the edges to loosen, then invert onto serving plates.
