Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Season the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss them until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.

Bake the Wings
Spread the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Prepare the Celery
While the wings are baking, wash and cut the celery sticks into 2-3 inch pieces.

Make the Bleu Cheese Dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine the bleu cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Use a fork to mash the bleu cheese into the mixture until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
