Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Wash and slice the tomato and onion. Rinse the lettuce leaves and pat them dry.

  2. 2

    Cook the Beef Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Form the ground beef into two equal patties, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place one slice of American cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

  4. 4

    Toast the Buns

While the cheese melts, slice the brioche buns in half and toast them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each bun, layer lettuce, a beef patty with melted cheese, tomato slices, onion slices, pickles, and drizzle with Thousand Island dressing. Top with the other half of the bun.
