Prepare the Potatoes
Peel the russet potatoes and grate them using a box grater or food processor. Rinse the grated potatoes in cold water to remove excess starch, then drain and pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Flip and Crisp
Carefully flip the hashbrowns using a large plate. Cook the other side for another 5-7 minutes until crispy and golden brown.

Serve
Once both sides are cooked, remove the hashbrowns from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
