Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Hash Browns

Cook the hash browns according to package instructions until they are golden brown and crispy. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Pork Sausage

In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the pork sausage, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Fry the Eggs

In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook them sunny side up or to your desired doneness. Season with a bit of salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Hash Benedict

On a plate, place one hash brown, top it with half of the cooked pork sausage, and then an egg. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of Calabrian chile aioli. Repeat with the second hash brown.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve immediately while hot, and enjoy your Hash Benedict!
