Lunch
- 1
Prepare the Ciabatta
Slice the ciabatta loaf in half horizontally. If desired, lightly toast the insides of the bread on a skillet or in a toaster for added crunch.
- 2
Spread the Mayonnaise
Spread the Duke's mayonnaise evenly on the inside of both halves of the ciabatta.
- 3
Layer the Ingredients
On the bottom half of the ciabatta, layer the sliced turkey breast, followed by the melty swiss cheese. If you have access to a microwave or oven, consider melting the cheese slightly to enhance the texture.
- 4
Add the Blueberry Chutney
Spoon the blueberry chutney over the swiss cheese layer, spreading it evenly.
- 5
Add the Arugula
Top the chutney with fresh arugula, ensuring it covers the entire area for a peppery flavor.
- 6
Season
Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste on top of the arugula.
- 7
- 8
Cook the Sandwich
Place the sandwich on a skillet or panini press over medium heat. Cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
- 9
Serve
Once cooked, remove from heat, slice in half if desired, and serve warm.
