Prepare the Branzino
Rinse the branzino under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Make three diagonal cuts on each side of the fish.

Marinate the Fish
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Rub this mixture on both sides of the fish and inside the cavity. Set aside for 20 minutes to marinate.

Prepare the Romesco Sauce
In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the almonds until golden brown. Remove from heat and let cool. In a food processor, combine the toasted almonds, garlic, red bell pepper, ancho chili powder, red wine vinegar, and water. Blend until smooth, adding additional water if needed to achieve desired consistency.

Serve
Transfer the grilled branzino to a serving platter and drizzle with the romesco sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
