    Prepare the Crostini

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices and place them on a baking sheet. Brush each slice with olive oil.

    Bake the Crostini

    Bake the sliced baguette in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven and set aside.

    Prepare the Brie

    Place the whole wheel of Brie on a baking dish. Spread the cranberry sauce evenly on top of the Brie.

    Add Toppings

    Sprinkle the toasted pecans over the cranberry sauce. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle fresh rosemary on top.

    Bake the Brie

    Bake the Brie in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and gooey.

    Serve

    Remove the baked Brie from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve warm with crostini on the side for dipping.
