Choose Your Juice
Select your preferred fruit juice from Papaya, Blueberry, Watermelon, or Pineapple. If using fresh fruits, juice them to get 2 oz of juice.

Mix Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Arette Blanco Tequila and 2 oz of your chosen fruit juice. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add a splash of simple syrup.
Assembling the Drink

Combine with Prosecco
Strain the mixture from the cocktail shaker into a champagne flute. Top it with 4 oz of Lunetta Prosecco, pouring slowly to avoid overflow.

Garnish Your Mimosa
Depending on your juice choice, add the corresponding fresh fruit garnish. For example, if you used Papaya juice, add diced papaya. If you used Blueberry juice, add fresh blueberries, and so forth.
Serving

Serve Chilled
Serve the Tequila Mimosa immediately while it's chilled. Optionally, you can add ice cubes to the glass for a cooler experience.
