Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Choose Your Juice

Select your preferred fruit juice from Papaya, Blueberry, Watermelon, or Pineapple. If using fresh fruits, juice them to get 2 oz of juice.

  2. 2

    Mix Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Arette Blanco Tequila and 2 oz of your chosen fruit juice. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add a splash of simple syrup.

Assembling the Drink

  1. 3

    Combine with Prosecco

Strain the mixture from the cocktail shaker into a champagne flute. Top it with 4 oz of Lunetta Prosecco, pouring slowly to avoid overflow.

  2. 4

    Garnish Your Mimosa

Depending on your juice choice, add the corresponding fresh fruit garnish. For example, if you used Papaya juice, add diced papaya. If you used Blueberry juice, add fresh blueberries, and so forth.

Serving

  1. 5

    Serve Chilled

Serve the Tequila Mimosa immediately while it's chilled. Optionally, you can add ice cubes to the glass for a cooler experience.
