Mix the Base Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Fluère Smoked Agave, 1 oz of Passion Fruit Purée, and 0.5 oz of Lime Juice.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.

Top the glass with 4 oz of Topo Chico Mineral Water, pouring gently to maintain the carbonation.
