Method
Prepare the Rice

Cook the Rice
In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of white rice and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the rice is tender and water is absorbed.

Add Green Chili Sauce
Once the rice is cooked, stir in 1 tablespoon of green chili sauce and fluff with a fork. Set aside to keep warm.
Cook the Shrimp

Sauté the Shrimp
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Sauté the Vegetables

Cook Asparagus and Tomatoes
In the same skillet used for the shrimp, add the asparagus pieces and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until tender. Then add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes, until they are warm.
Prepare the Lemon Basil Crema

Mix the Crema
In a small bowl, combine 1 cup of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh basil, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Stir until well mixed and set aside.
Make the Chili Dust

Combine Spices
In a small bowl, mix together 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and salt to taste. Set aside for garnishing.
Assemble the Shrimp Bowl

Build the Bowl
In a serving bowl, layer the green chili white rice, sautéed shrimp, asparagus, and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with lemon basil crema and sprinkle with chili dust on top.
