Preparation

  1. 1

    Toast the Pepitas

Measure out 1 cup of smoked almonds and set aside. No additional preparation is needed as they are ready to use.

  3. 3

    Dice the Jicama

Peel the jicama using a vegetable peeler. Cut it into thin matchsticks or small cubes, approximately 1/4 inch in size. Set aside in a bowl.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Fried Corn Nuts

Measure out 1 cup of fried corn nuts and set aside. Ensure they are fresh and crunchy.
