Main Ingredients
Cool Ranch Drizzle
Method
Preparing the Bacon and Pork Belly
- 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the bacon slices on it in a single layer.
- 3
Bake the bacon in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until it is crispy. Remove from the oven and let it cool before crumbling into small pieces.
- 4
While the bacon is baking, prepare the pork belly. Cut it into small cubes.
- 5
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the pork belly cubes until they are crispy and golden brown, about 10-15 minutes. Drain on paper towels to remove excess fat.
Making the Cool Ranch Drizzle

Prepare the Drizzle
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, buttermilk, and dried ranch seasoning.
- 7
Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Whisk until well combined and smooth.
- 8
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Set aside.

- 10
Drizzle the cool ranch dressing generously over the top.
- 11
Toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
- 12
Serve immediately as a delicious snack or appetizer.
