Roasted Mixed Chile Peppers

Prepare the Peppers
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash the bell peppers, poblano peppers, Hatch green chiles, and jalapeño peppers. Cut them in half, remove seeds, and place them on a baking sheet.

Roasting the Peppers
Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt over the peppers. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until the skin is blistered and charred. Remove from oven and let cool.
Habanero Crema

Mix the Ingredients
In a bowl, combine the sour cream, finely chopped habanero peppers, lime juice, and garlic powder. Mix well until smooth.

Chill the Crema
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the habanero crema for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Chipotle Oil Drizzle

Prepare Chipotle Oil
In a small bowl, combine the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce with olive oil. Blend until smooth using a hand blender or regular blender.

Set Aside
Set the chipotle oil drizzle aside until ready to serve.
Jalapeño Dust

Mix Jalapeño Dust
In a small bowl, mix the dried jalapeño flakes, smoked paprika, and salt. This will be your jalapeño dust.

Keep the jalapeño dust aside until serving.
