1. Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
3. Prepare the Tacos
Slice the grilled chicken into strips. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
4. Assemble the Tacos
Place a few strips of chicken on each tortilla. Top with diced onion, chopped cilantro, sliced avocado, sour cream, and salsa.
