Cook the Shrimp
In a skillet over medium heat, add a bit of oil. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are pink and opaque. Season with salt and pepper.

Prepare the Enchiladas
Warm the tortillas and fill each with shredded chicken. Roll them up and place them in a baking dish. Pour the tomatillo sauce over the enchiladas and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15-20 minutes.

Assemble the Plate
On a large plate, serve a portion of ribeye steak, shrimp, enchiladas, grilled onions, rice, refried beans, and a dollop of guacamole. Drizzle with crema Mexicana and garnish with sliced hot peppers.
