Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribeye Steak

Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear over medium-high heat for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

  2. 2

    Cook the Shrimp

In a skillet over medium heat, add a bit of oil. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are pink and opaque. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Enchiladas

Warm the tortillas and fill each with shredded chicken. Roll them up and place them in a baking dish. Pour the tomatillo sauce over the enchiladas and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15-20 minutes.

  4. 4

    Grill the Onions

Slice the onions and grill them until they are soft and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Plate

On a large plate, serve a portion of ribeye steak, shrimp, enchiladas, grilled onions, rice, refried beans, and a dollop of guacamole. Drizzle with crema Mexicana and garnish with sliced hot peppers.
