- 2
Combine Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- 3
Cream Butter and Sugar

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- 5
Mix in Dry Ingredients
Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- 6
Bake the Cake
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- 7
Cool the Cake
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Milk Mixture Preparation
- 8
Combine Milk Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk until well combined.
- 9

Refrigerate
Cover the cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.

In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- 12
Add Sugar and Vanilla
