Method

Tacos

1

Prepare the Meat

Choose your meat and cook it on a grill or stovetop until desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.

2

Prepare Tacos

Warm the taco tortillas on a hot skillet for about 30 seconds on each side. Place cooked meat on each tortilla.

3

Add Toppings

Top each taco with diced onion, chopped cilantro, and sliced avocado.

Rice

4

Cook Rice

In a medium pot, combine white rice, water, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until rice is tender and water is absorbed.

Beans

5

Heat Beans

In a small saucepan, combine the canned black beans (drained), cumin, and garlic powder. Heat over medium heat until warmed through, about 5-7 minutes.

Salsa de Tomatillo

6

Prepare Salsa

In a blender, combine tomatillos, jalapeño, garlic, and lime juice. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
