Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Wash the lime, cucumber, and jalapeño thoroughly. Cut the lime in half and juice one half. Slice the other half into wedges for garnish. Peel and slice the cucumber into thin rounds. Cut the jalapeño in half and remove seeds if you prefer less heat.

  2. 2

    Juice the Lime

In a small bowl, squeeze the juice from the halved lime into a measuring cup until you have about 1 ounce of fresh lime juice.

Mixing

  1. 3

    Combine the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 cups of Tres Agaves Tequila, 1 ounce of fresh lime juice, 1 tablespoon of agave nectar, and 1 cup of water. Add the sliced cucumber and jalapeño to the shaker.

  2. 4

    Shake It Up

Add 2 cups of ice cubes to the shaker. Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Serving

  1. 5

    Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice, making sure to filter out the cucumber and jalapeño pieces. Garnish with the lime wedges and additional slices of cucumber if desired.

  2. 6
