Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Turkey

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the chopped rosemary evenly over the turkey.

  2. 2

    Roast the Turkey

Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the turkey is roasting, toss the chopped carrots, broccoli florets, and cubed sweet potatoes in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet.

  4. 4

    Roast the Vegetables

In the last 30 minutes of the turkey roasting time, place the baking sheet with the vegetables in the oven. Roast until they are tender and slightly caramelized.

  5. 5

    Serve

Slice the turkey and serve it on a plate alongside the roasted vegetables. Drizzle with chicken broth for added flavor.
