Prepare the Pancake Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
- 2
- 3
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; some lumps are okay.

- 6
Prepare the Cream Cheese Icing
In a small bowl, beat together 4 oz of cream cheese, 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, and 2 tbsp of milk until smooth.
- 7
Prepare the Cinnamon Butter
In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup of softened butter with 1 tsp of ground cinnamon and 2 tbsp of powdered sugar until creamy.
- 8
Serve the pancakes warm, drizzled with cream cheese icing and topped with cinnamon butter.
