Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Turkey

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. Rub the olive oil all over the turkey and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  2. 2

    Roast the Turkey

Place the seasoned turkey breast in a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Baste the turkey every 30 minutes with the pan juices.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Cornbread Stuffing

While the turkey is roasting, prepare the cornbread stuffing according to package instructions or using your favorite recipe.

  4. 4

    Make the Mashed Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and return to the pot. Add butter and milk, mash until creamy and smooth. Season with salt to taste.

  5. 5

    Cook the Green Beans

Steam or boil the green beans for about 5-7 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. 6

    Serve

Once the turkey is done, let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. Serve the sliced turkey with cranberry sauce, cornbread stuffing, creamy mashed potatoes, and green beans.
