Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Hashbrowns

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the hashbrowns until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In the same skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Angus Beef Patty

In the skillet, cook the Angus beef patty to your desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes per side for medium. Top with cheddar cheese during the last minute to melt.

  4. 4

    Fry the Egg

In a separate pan, fry the egg to your liking (sunny-side up, over easy, etc.).

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the burger bun, place the lettuce, followed by the cooked beef patty with melted cheddar, crispy bacon, tomato slice, fried egg, and finally drizzle with Hollandaise sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve immediately while hot, with extra hashbrowns on the side if desired.
