Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess grease.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Hashbrowns

In the same skillet, add hashbrowns and cook according to package instructions, usually about 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Cook the Eggs

In a separate pan, cook the eggs to your liking (scrambled, sunny side up, etc.) and season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Toast the Bread

While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Make the Pancakes

In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, and 1 egg until just mixed. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of the batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  6. 6

    Serve

On a plate, serve the eggs, bacon, toast, hashbrowns, and a short stack of pancakes with maple syrup drizzled on top.
