1. Cook the Rigatoni

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the Sauce

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Add Calabrian Chili and Tomatoes

5. Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked rigatoni to the sauce and toss to coat evenly. If necessary, add a little pasta water to achieve desired consistency.

6. Finish with Basil and Stracciatella

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped basil. Serve topped with stracciatella cheese and a sprinkle of black pepper.
