Dough Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Cream Butter and Sugar
In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the dough tender.
Assembly and Baking

Prepare Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Scoop Dough
Using a small cookie scoop or two teaspoons, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Add Toppings
Press a few mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, and slices of strawberries onto each dough ball.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

Cool
Remove from the oven and let the Mini Meddys cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
