Preparing the Salad

Prepare the Greens and Vegetables
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, diced tomatoes, diced cucumber, and sliced radishes. Toss gently to mix the vegetables evenly.

Make the Pita Chips
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the pita triangles on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crispy and golden. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Combine the Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, ground sumac, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Assembling the Salad

Dress the Salad
Drizzle the sumac vinaigrette over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat the greens and vegetables evenly.

Add Pita Chips
Just before serving, add the crispy pita chips to the salad and toss lightly to combine. Serve immediately.
