Shake Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Redemption Rye, Orgeat syrup, passionfruit puree, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
Dry Shake
Perform a dry shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
Shake with Ice
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for another 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
Garnish
Optionally, garnish with a few drops of bitters or a twist of lemon peel.
