Slaw

Prepare the Vegetables
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and thinly sliced red onion.

Make the Dressing
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Combine and Toss
Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss until evenly coated. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Potato Salad

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, chopped eggs, diced celery, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Mix and Chill
Stir gently until all ingredients are combined. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Mac & Cheese

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the elbow macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Combine and Bake
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix well. Pour into a baking dish, top with breadcrumbs if using, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Boss Beans

Prepare the Ingredients
In a large skillet, cook diced onion and minced garlic over medium heat until soft.

Combine with Beans
Add the canned baked beans, brown sugar, and BBQ sauce to the skillet. Stir well to combine and heat through.

Add Bacon
Stir in the crumbled bacon and let simmer for 10 minutes before serving.
Green Beans

Prepare the Beans
Wash and trim the ends of the green beans.

Cook the Beans
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute before adding the green beans.

Season with salt and black pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the green beans are tender-crisp.
Banana Pudding

Prepare Pudding
In a large bowl, mix the vanilla pudding mix with milk according to package instructions. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

Layer the Ingredients
In a large serving dish, layer vanilla wafers, sliced bananas, and prepared pudding. Repeat until all ingredients are used.

Finish with a layer of whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
