  2. 2

    Make the Dressing

In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

  3. 3

    Combine and Toss

Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss until evenly coated. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Potato Salad

  1. 4

    Cook the Potatoes

In a large pot, boil potatoes until tender. Drain and allow to cool slightly before cubing.

  2. 5

    Combine Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, chopped eggs, diced celery, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

  3. 6

    Mix and Chill

Stir gently until all ingredients are combined. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Mac & Cheese

  1. 7

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the elbow macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 8

    Make the Cheese Sauce

In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk and bring to a simmer. Add cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper, stirring until cheese is melted.

  3. 9

    Combine and Bake

Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix well. Pour into a baking dish, top with breadcrumbs if using, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.

In a large skillet, cook diced onion and minced garlic over medium heat until soft.

  3. 12

    Add Bacon

Stir in the crumbled bacon and let simmer for 10 minutes before serving.
