Teas
Prepare the Tea Mixture
In a large pot, bring 8 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the green tea leaves, black tea leaves, chamomile flowers, peppermint leaves, and hibiscus flowers. Allow the mixture to steep for 5-7 minutes depending on desired strength.
Strain the Tea
After steeping, strain the tea into a large pitcher, discarding the solid tea leaves and flowers. Allow it to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
Lemonade
Juice the Lemons
Roll the fresh lemons on a countertop to soften them. Cut them in half and juice them into a measuring cup, making sure to remove any seeds.
Make the Lemonade
In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 cup of granulated sugar, and 4 cups of water. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Combine and Serve
In serving glasses, mix equal parts of the chilled tea and lemonade. Add ice according to preference and garnish with lemon slices or mint leaves if desired.
