Prepare the Ingredients
Thinly slice the tomato and chop the lettuce. Set aside.

Mix the Oil & Vinegar Blend
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside.

Cook the Steak
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the shaved steak and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Add Cheese
Reduce heat to low and place provolone cheese slices over the cooked steak. Cover the skillet with a lid until cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes.

Assemble the Sandwich
Slice the sub rolls in half and layer the lettuce, tomato, and cheesesteak mixture. Drizzle with the oil & vinegar blend before serving.
