1. Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your grill or smoker to 225°F (107°C). Rub the pork ribs with your favorite dry rub seasoning and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.

2. Cook the Ribs

Place the ribs on the grill or smoker and cook for 3-4 hours, or until they are tender and the meat pulls away from the bone.

3. Prepare BBQ Pulled Pork

Slow cook the pork shoulder in a slow cooker with BBQ sauce on low for 8 hours, or until it is easy to shred.

4. Prepare Pit Smoked Pot Roast

Season the pot roast with salt and pepper. Sear on all sides in a hot pan, then transfer to a smoker for about 4 hours at 250°F (121°C), or until fork-tender.

5. Prepare Smoked BBQ Chicken

Rub the chicken with a BBQ rub and smoke it at 250°F (121°C) for about 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

6. Assemble the Dish

On a large platter, layer the ribs, pulled pork, pot roast, and smoked chicken. Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
